1. About the website

REAL ESCORTS BIRMINGHAM operates the website and controls which profiles, photographs, rates, reviews and other material are published. Publication is subject to administrator approval.

The website provides advertising, profile presentation, enquiry-routing and moderation functions. The exact role of the operator in an off-site arrangement depends on whether a profile is agency-managed or private/independent and on the contact route configured for that profile.

2. Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old, or the higher legal age that applies where you are located, to access or use the website. You must leave immediately if you are underage or if accessing this material is unlawful where you are.

You must not provide false age information, bypass an age-control measure or allow a minor to use the website through your device or account. The operator may introduce additional age-assurance measures where legally required.

3. Agency-managed and private profiles

An agency-managed profile may use the operator's or an authorised booking team's shared contact details. That team may receive the enquiry, identify the requested profile, check or relay availability and coordinate the next steps.

A private or independent profile is controlled by the advertiser, although the website may still publish shared contact details or forward a Book Now enquiry to a contact selected by the administrator.

Before any arrangement is confirmed, the person handling the enquiry should make clear who the relevant contracting party is. A profile label, verification check or administrator approval is not a guarantee of availability, suitability, safety, legality or outcome.

4. Shared call numbers and Book Now enquiries

The two public call numbers shown on the website are shared enquiry numbers. They may be answered by the operator or an authorised booking team and may be used for enquiries about more than one profile.

The Book Now form sends the details entered by the visitor to the booking email assigned to the selected profile. Depending on the profile, the recipient may be the operator, an agency booking contact or a private advertiser.

Submitting a form or making a call does not automatically confirm a booking, create a payment obligation or guarantee a response. Do not submit payment-card details, passwords, unnecessary identity documents or unlawful material.

5. Off-site arrangements, rates and payment

The website does not take customer payment online. Rates displayed on a profile are advertising information and should be confirmed before any arrangement. Availability, duration, location, price, cancellation terms, boundaries and payment method must be agreed with the relevant booking contact.

Depending on the profile, an off-site agreement may be with the operator/agency or with the independent advertiser. The website is not responsible for terms that are agreed privately without its knowledge, although it may investigate complaints and take action against an account or listing.

6. Visitor conduct

You must use the website lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

• harass, threaten, exploit, coerce, stalk, impersonate or discriminate against another person;
• submit false information, fraudulent enquiries, spam, malware, automated scraping or bulk messages;
• copy, republish, alter, sell or redistribute profile photographs or text without permission;
• attempt to expose private identity information beyond what a person has chosen to publish;
• use the website in connection with a minor, trafficking, exploitation, violence, non-consensual activity or any other unlawful purpose.

7. Invitation-only advertiser accounts

There is no public account registration. The administrator creates advertiser accounts following an application and verification process. Login details are personal and must not be shared without the operator's permission.

Advertisers must provide accurate information, keep their account secure, confirm that they are adults, cooperate with proportionate re-verification and notify the operator of unauthorised access or a material change.

8. Profile content and moderation

Profile changes and photographs remain pending until approved. The operator may reject, edit, crop, resize, label, hide or remove material to enforce these Terms, protect people or comply with law.

An advertiser confirms that she has permission to use every photograph and that profile information is accurate. Optional information that may reveal sensitive matters, such as sexual orientation, should be supplied voluntarily and only where the advertiser consents to publication.

9. Reviews and ratings

Reviews are moderated and are not published automatically. They must describe the reviewer's genuine experience and must not contain personal contact details, private addresses, explicit descriptions, abuse, threats, discrimination, unlawful material or another person's personal data.

Ratings are opinions, not independently verified facts. The operator may reject or remove duplicate, misleading, incentivised, manipulated or suspicious reviews.

10. Paid prominence and Luxury placements

Luxury positions are paid advertising placements with a maximum of 20 active profiles. A request does not activate a position. The administrator controls approval, payment status, start and end dates, priority and waiting-list status.

Paid prominence is identified on the listing as promoted advertising. It affects visibility only and is not an endorsement or quality guarantee. Separate advertiser terms should state the price, duration, cancellation and refund conditions for the placement.

11. Safety and prohibited activity

Accounts, profiles, images, reviews and enquiries must not contain or facilitate:

• any person under 18 or uncertainty about a person's age;
• trafficking, exploitation, coercion, non-consensual conduct or secret recording;
• stolen, impersonated, manipulated or copyright-infringing media;
• violence, threats, hate, fraud, drugs, weapons or other unlawful conduct;
• another person's private address, identity document or contact information without authority;
• attempts to bypass moderation, security or age controls.

12. Intellectual property and licence

Advertisers retain rights they own in submitted content. By submitting material, an advertiser grants the operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, resize, moderate, display and promote that material for operating the website and the agreed advertising placement.

The website's software, design, brand and original content are protected. Visitors receive only a limited, revocable right to view the website for lawful personal use.

13. Complaints, safety reports and removal

Report suspected underage content, exploitation, impersonation, stolen media, privacy violations or unlawful material to . Include the profile URL and enough information for a proportionate review. Do not email unnecessary identity documents.

The operator may temporarily hide material while investigating and may preserve limited evidence where reasonably necessary for safety, legal claims or regulatory obligations.

14. Availability, warranties and liability

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. The operator does not guarantee uninterrupted access, successful email delivery, a minimum number of views or enquiries, profile availability, review accuracy or a particular outcome.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, the operator is not responsible for indirect loss, unauthorised third-party copying, events outside reasonable control or conduct and terms agreed off-site by visitors, advertisers or other booking contacts.

15. Suspension, governing law, changes and contact

The operator may restrict, suspend or terminate access, publication, reviews, Book Now routing or a Luxury placement where information is false, payment is overdue, moderation is bypassed, safety is at risk, a complaint requires investigation, law requires action or these Terms are breached.

These Terms and non-contractual disputes are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. The Terms may be updated when the service, technology or law changes.
